Luke Bryan Concert

Friday was the Luke Bryan concert, which ends the megaticket concert season. and what a great way to end the concerts, it was easily the best time ever.

myself, Carrie, Erin, Janel, Diana, and SamO made our way down to the tailgate at about 1230. we they were all crammed into my car.

we tailgated from 130-7, and I drank waaayyy too much. I may or may not have puked in the woods, and may or may not have sprained my ankle, and may or may not have a bruise on my knee, and may or may not have blackedout during the tailgate.

some guy friends with a guy at our tailgate told me that I seem like an awesome chick, asked me if I like the Browns and then high-fived me twice. I found that amusing.

I ate shit when I decided to jump over a railing. that was a horrible decision.

and well, that's basically all I remember. strawberitas make me blackout. but apparently all the guys were standing on the hood of Brian's truck doing beer bongs and this one guy did four in a row. and another guy did one puked then did another. (we know how to party.. puke and rally.)


the weather was perfect, Luke did awesome, and the whole day//night was just amazing.

Fantasy Football, Week 3.

this week in Fantasy Football...

both my qbs sucked this week, and Lynch didn't perform as well as I would have liked either. I had to sit Reggie Bush because of an injury, and San Fran sucked so bad Dawson never had any opportunities to kick, besides once. luckily my Patriots defense did solid, and my boy Gordon racked up some yards in his first game back with my Brownies.

I'm still alive!

I'm here to update whats been going on in my life... sorry for lack of posts, I've just been a tad busy.

there was the Keith Urban concert. it was a good time overall, but kinda a bust as well. Keith wasn't even there, he got stranded in NY and couldn't make it. then it downpoured, we all got soaked. but, that's the worst of it. there was funny things too. like the fact that the guys we parked next to knew my little brother. I made friends with like five people in our surrounding tailgate area. and Gina got super drunk.

then there was Chicken Nugget Day. yes, my family celebrates chicken nugget day. it was the first day Randy had a chicken nugget and a family friend started the tradition. this year we couldn't celebrate on the actual day (September 12) cause Randy was busy and I was at the Keith concert. we did celebrate a few days later. our family friend always supplies the nuggets, this year he bought 120. but we've had 200+ before. and we always joke around that we're "nugget touchers" or "touching nugs"

I've also dog sat Lois twice. she is such a little ball of fun, she cracks me up. and such a smart dog too.

and I watched the Tribe make the wildcard spot (now we just gotta hold onto it). I went to the game with Erin and this guy, we'll call him J for now, and we met up with Tyler and a few of his buddies. it was easily one of the best Indians games I've attended, even if it ended during the 7th inning thanks to a wonderful downpour.. but we still won!

and that's been my experiences lately. this weekend I have the Luke Bryan concert, which I've been excited for since I bought the megaticket. it should be one awesome time!

Fantasy Football, Week 2.

I started Andrew Luck over RG3, solely because RG was going up against Clay Matthews and the rest of Green Bay's defense, whereas Luck was against Miami. turns out RG scored a few more points, oh well.  Marshawn Lynch did amazingly well, and my defense got me major points too.

selfies (that aren't in snapchat form), I can't.

Fantasy Football, Week 1.

RGIII (or Grif as I've been calling him) did not do as well as I hoped. he started out crappy and was scaring the hell outta me. (that's when I decided to call him Grif, cause to have a cool nickname you better be damn good, and he was not living up to the RG3.) luckily he came back and got me some points, otherwise I would have lost. Reggie Bush and Owen Daniels exceeded my expectations. next week I'm nervous about starting Grif, I might put in Andrew Luck. we'll see. and I'm trying to get someone else for Floyd, he's just not cutting it for me.

life lately

I haven't posted much lately. I've been busy. dog sitting, school, work, having a social life, etc.

here's what I've been up to...


first up, I went to the Indians game last Wednesday with Erin. we had a blast. we grabbed a few happy hour margs at my favorite mexican restaurant Zocalo before hand. during the game we made lots of friends with the people around us, it was fun and funny. Erin and I both got towels that they were throwing out, which is a good thing cause Erin ended up spilling some of her drink all over my leg and a little on the guy in front of us. oh, and my boys won!

secondly, Friday night I went to Panini's with Erin, Janel, and Diana where we had a few dranks before meeting up with Tyler and two of his buddies in Downtown Willoughby. it was a good time, but we stayed out pretty late and I had to open Beans the next morning.

which brings me to this past weekend. I opened Beans running on not even 4 hours of sleep. after work I went to a clambake my neighbors had, then Erin came over to make a few cds, then it was over to Randy and Melissa's for some drinking games. Team Lane dominated at the drinking game hockey. and Melis and I figured out I was up for 40 hours. (my record is 41 hours.) overall it was a pretty good weekend, time well spent.

Sunday was spent watching my Browns lose their first game, and checking my fantasy points. here's to another week of school and work- but there is the added bonus of Chicken Nugget Day and the Keith Urban concert. plus, I get to watch little Lo-baby Saturday night.. she's the best.

I'm super excited that Judd is back in. pumped that Elissa was HoH and now GM is. and glad Aaryn is finally out. and Zing Bot came back, I look forward to the zings every season.

The Great Geauga County Fair

this past weekend was my county's fair. it's the oldest fair in Ohio, so that's kinda cool. I guess.

anyways...

I spent most of my time with a little furball named, Adidas. she's twelve years old, and still quite active.

but I did venture to the fair for some food and country music Friday night with Erin, Janel, and Tyler. it was a good time. I got a funnel cake with peanut butter and chocolate drizzled over top. it was so phenom. and then I got some kettle corn which I shared with everyone. that was good too. I love me some fair food. after walking around and stuffing our faces, we watched Chris Higbee perform. he's a country guy trying to make it in the business. he was really good though. I already purchased a few of his songs. thanks iTunes.

after the fair, we stopped at a local bar called Cabanas for a few dranks. Tyler and I played a few more games of corn hole, which I lost. the boards were kinda damp and what not so I don't think the games should count. but I still owe him two beers, unfortunately.

Sunday I watched way too many movies. like, no one should ever watch that many movies in one day ever. so to get me outta the house I went over to Erins for a bit, we made popcorn and talked, and maybe watched a movie. maybe. okay, we did. but I can't resist The Proposal.
