also, I'm wondering if this picture alone can double up as a Party Don't Start Till I Walk In link-up? I'm making an executive decision and saying yes.
plus, right now (well depending on what time you're reading this) I'm either preparing to day drink or already pre-gaming for the KChes concert, and therefore I think the party girls, Stephanie and Chelsee would be proud.
