FRIDAY!

First off, I'd like to say that my 7th graders won their game last night, making their record 2-1 -yahoo! :)
They played awesome. However, the opposing teams coach was downright insane. For a second I had to make sure it was still a middle school match, seeing as they were taking it as if it was the state championship game or the Olympics. Crazyness, it's middle school, just let the girls have fun.

Anyways...
1.  My favorite grade in school was    all of high school was fun. Actually I enjoyed every grade. I guess Senior year was the easiest class wise, so maybe that.
2.  My favorite teacher was  I had a bunch of great teachers. Mr Hewitt -high school history cause he knew my family and the class was easy; Mr Hanson -5th grade cause he was funny; honorable mentions: Miss B -3rd grade, and Mrs McCandless -4th grade.
3.  The highest level of education I have completed is   some college, still working on a degree.
4. School lunches for me were usually    I bought lunch pretty much daily up until high school, then I started packing. But lunch itself was always fun.
5. The amount of money you'd have to pay me to go back to high school would be  if someone wanted to pay me, I'd take it. But I like were I've gone, and who I've become, but I really had a great high school experience.
6. A few things that will always remind me of going back to school are:  August, school supplies, new clothes, sports (football/volleyball).
7.  The first day of school was always   exciting! However also dreadful with those early mornings.

1. What is your favorite fall family tradition?
         There's a few things... going trick-r-treating in my old neighborhood; going to Friday night football games; playing an annual Turkey Bowl game on Thanksgiving; or Black Friday shopping with my cousin.

2. If money weren't an issue, how many kids would you have?
       No more than three, please.

3. If you were to get a tattoo, what would it be and where would you put it?
       I do have a tattoo, I have two actually. My first one is on my right ankle, it's a shamrock with the word Slainte arched over it (which means cheers to good health in Gaelic), the second one I got is on my left shoulder blade and it says life is good with a heart after it (in memory of my Aunt and in honor of my Grandma.. my grandma drew the heart on one of my birthday cards)

4. What condiment is a must in your house?
        Hot sauce, BBQ sauce, ketchup. We always have those three. The hot sauce and the BBQ sauce we always have about 5-10 different kinds of. (right now I can think of 7 BBQs off the top of my head, and at least 11 hot sauces)

5. How did your spouse/fiance propose?
     I do not have a spouse or a fiance.

Friend me on Goodreads, here! and/or friend me on selfari, here!

Today I'm talking about the book Stalk Me by Jillian Dodd, it's part of the Keatyn Chronicles.
 Here's what Goodreads says::
Gossip girl meets Hollywood in this new series by That Boy author, Jillian Dodd.
Keatyn has everything she ever dreamed of. Her life is following the script she wrote for the perfect high school experience. She’s popular, goes to the best parties, dates the hottest guy, and sits at the most coveted lunch table. She’s just not sure she wants it anymore. Because really, things aren’t all that perfect. Her best friend is threatening to tell everyone her perfect relationship is a scam. Her perfect boyfriend gets drunk at every party they go to. It’s exhausting always trying to look and act perfect. And deep down, she isn’t sure if she has any true friends.
 To add to the drama, her movie star mom’s long-time fan has turned stalker. An older man is flirting with her and telling her they should make a movie together. And she’s crushing on an adorable surfer. Dating a guy like him would mean committing social suicide.
 So she writes a new script. One where all the pieces of her life will come together in perfect harmony. But little does she know, there’s someone who will do anything to make sure that doesn’t happen.

Here's what I say::
One of my favorite books. Quick and easy. Page turner. I couldn't put it down. I definitely recommend it. I rate it an A.

Happy Friday!
life is good

  1. I am from Canada. Instead of Black Friday we have the equivalent called "Boxing Day". We have made it a new tradition because my daughter loves to shop.
