lounged around, and watched a few more episodes of Arrested Development, I'm almost done with the new season. then the fam and cousins James//Mo with their kids went to dinner at Quaker Steak and Lube. I got a delicious cheesesteak sandwich. paired with a sangria-rita and a long island, hello happy hour. we stopped back at James//Mo's house afterwards, where my four year old cousin was 'teaching' me how to hold a bat (I started playing baseball when I was 5 years old, so this was very amusing to me.)

Saturday::
opened Beans. napped. then Anthony's graduation party. I've known AVar since he was like, I don't know, three maybe? it was a good time, with good food, and good friends. a few Redd's Apple Ales were tipped back before crashing out in Malone's basement.

Fathers Day. the fam went to Zappatelli's, an italian restaurant here. my dad's response to 'what do you want for fathers day' was, "meat." so we got him a Sams Club gift card so he can buy meat to smoke//grill. #TypicalLane
Meat sounds like the perfect gift to me.
